Anago of Western PA Franchise Owners Receive Their Annual Healthcare Certification
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA – April 28, 2015 – Anago of Western PA is pleased to announce that the annual Healthcare Certification for 2015 has concluded with great success.
Franchise Owners who presently service or wish to service a healthcare or education account are required to receive their healthcare cleaning compliance certification every year in April as part of the Anago of Western PA Exposure Control Plan. These types of accounts include: doctor’s offices, dialysis centers, dentist’s offices, physical therapy/rehabilitation, hospitals, research laboratories, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, schools, day care centers, nursing homes, surgical centers, and blood or plasma donation/draw centers.
Anago of Western PA hosted a total of three meetings for the convenience of Franchise Owners, and Franchise Owners were asked to choose one of the following dates to receive their healthcare certification:
- Saturday, April 25, 2015: 11 A.M. – 1 P.M.
- Monday, April 27, 2015: 11 A.M. – 1 P.M.
- Tuesday, April 28, 2015: 11 A.M. – 1 P.M.
Topics of review included: What’s New in Healthcare?, Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Training and Needlestick Prevention, the Anago of Western PA Exposure Control Plan, HIPAA Compliance, GHS & Hazcom 2012 Compliance, Disinfecting and Sanitizing Procedures, Personal Protective Equipment Review and Using Microfiber Technologies. Additionally Franchise Owners spent time discussing the 2015 Successful Franchise Mantra – reviewing best practices to minimize account loss.
“Initial reactions to this year’s compliance classes has all been very positive,” stated Anago of Western PA Vice President Bill Ross. “This year we use a lot of cartoons and fun videos to keep the mood light while dealing with these very important topics.”
All three meetings were held at the Anago of Western PA Regional Support Office (300 Old Pond Road, Suite 202, Pittsburgh, PA 15017). A complimentary lunch was provided at the conclusion of each meeting.
