Anago of Western PA Franchise Owners Prepare to Add Value to their Services
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA – June 26, 2013 – On June 24, 2013, the Anago of Western PA Monthly Franchise Owner’s Meeting for June 2013 provided Unit Franchise Owners with the opportunity to add value to their already stellar services.
In attendance were Special Guest Speakers David Lehmann and Jeff Tishko. Mr. Lehmann is the Regional Sales Manager of VonDrehle Corporation, a world-class towel and tissue manufacturer which provides quality commercial paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue products, and dispensers. Mr. Tishko is the Vice President of Sales at The Colker Company, a supplier committed to providing environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions and products to meet all of today’s cleaning needs.
After a brief introduction by Anago of Western PA President David Ross, David Lehmann discussed the importance of understanding a client’s paper needs in an effort to provide well-rounded service. He shared the many product offerings of the VonDrehle Corporation and how they can benefit Anago of Western PA Franchise Owners and their clients.
Jeff Tishko discussed opportunities through The Colker Company for Franchise Owners to provide added value and additional services to their clients. From proper methods for cleaning stainless steel, to odor control, to deep cleaning urinals, Mr. Tishko’s ideas were well-received by the many franchise owners in attendance.
“Our industry can be very cut-throat, and our Franchise Owners are on the front lines,” stated Anago of Western PA Vice President Bill Ross. “Arming them with the knowledge of how to identify additional services and added-value opportunities can keep us one step ahead of our competition.”
The June 2013 Franchise Owner’s Meeting was held at the Anago of Western PA Orientation Center (300 Old Pond Road, Suite 202, Pittsburgh, PA 15017). A complimentary lunch was provided by Anago of Western PA following the meeting.
