Anago of Western PA Franchisees Prepare to Make 2011 Great Year
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA – February 14, 2011 – Today, as part of the monthly Franchise Owner’s Meeting, Anago of Western PA franchisees discussed ways to make 2011 the best year for their business. Anago of Western PA President David Ross opened the discussions talking about advancements in the cleaning industry and how keeping up with new technologies will help keep franchisees strong and growing. Afterward, Anago of Western PA Vice President Bill Ross spent 90 minutes talking about the most common client complaints and how to avoid them.
“Some of our franchisees have never lost an account, so they don’t know the terrible feelings associated with it,” says Vice President Bill Ross, “by pointing out the most common reasons we see for complaints and lost accounts, hopefully we can avoid these problems and continue our successful track record of above-average client retention. As Benjamin Franklin said ‘An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.’”
